Regular Employees Working 30+ Hours Per Week

The Doctors Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. Generally, the benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 continuous days of employment.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the following benefit programs:

Life Insurance Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Long-Term Disability Insurance Supplemental Life Insurance
Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan and Money Purchase Plan

Regular Employees Working Less than 20 Hours Per Week and Per Diem and Temporary Employees

Regular employees working fewer than 20 hours per week and per diem and temporary employees are not eligible to participate in the Clinic's benefit programs.

Regular Employees Working 20-29 Hours Per Week

Regular employees working 20 – 29 hours per week are eligible to participate in the following benefit programs. Benefits are pro-rated for part-time status.
