TDC Patient Portal Now Available!
We are excited to announce the TDC Patient Portal is now available at all TDC clinic locations! Before you will be allowed access to the patient portal you are required to sign a PIN authorization form which will allow a TDC team member to print your personal PIN letter. (Pin letters are given only to the patient face to face for security purposes). Please note that this is a FREE service to all TDC patients. Click the link below for more information.
