During summer 2008, The Doctors Clinic began implementing electronic health records.
Patient records are currently being translated into a digital format and aggregated into
an Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Transferring Records
Medical records can be transferred to The Doctors Clinic by sending your current provider a completed authorization. Use the Medical Records Release form found in the Patient Forms section.
