 | My son and I would like to thank Lori Flanders, a phlebotomist in the Poulsbo lab. My three year old began coming in for regular blood draws about eighteen months ago. Until that time, we had been going to another lab and it was always, understandably, a difficult experience. However, as soon as we began going to The Doctor’s Clinic we noticed a significant change in regards to how my son responded to having his blood drawn. Over the past eighteen months, my son's anxiety has decreased to the point that he actually looks forward to seeing his “nurses.” This change is in large part due to Lori, who took extra time with my son from the very beginning. Lori has a sincerely warm nature which I’ve heard several patients comment on. She knows the ‘regulars’ well enough to ask questions or make comments that make us feel more comfortable and less anxious. She looks everyone in the eye and greets them with a smile and I’ve seen many peoples demeanor relax and become visibly uplifted because of her graciousness. Lori and the other phlebotomists in the Poulsbo lab work extremely well together, making what can be an anxious time (or at least a nuisance in a busy day) a much more tolerable experience. |

| Thank you so much Dr. Levisohn for all your time during your consultation with me to discuss a treatment plan. You really made me feel like you sincerely cared by extending your compassion and warmth. I never felt rushed. You made me feel important. The treatment plan we discussed and you recommended was right on the money! I am very happy and look forward to many future appointments with you. You definitely know your field and your patients. I also want to commend you for your staff as your medical assistants and receptionists were very kind and greeted me with a big smile each time! This seems to be a rarety during these busy times. But when you experience this kind of warmth from a doctor's office it is extremely noticable and is very much appreciated. Not often you can say a doctor's visit was an enjoyable experience! All in all, thank you so much Dr. Levison! I look forward to seeing you for future visits! |

| I would love to let you know what amazing Drs. Dr. McMillan and Dr. Chow are!! They are the BEST!!! Dr. McMillan helped me thru a very scary pregnancy 3 years ago!! She was kind, compassionate and caring all the while still providing top notch care for me and my unborn baby. She sent me to UW for me to see a Specialist and the Dr. she sent me to was fantastic! I have recommended Dr. McMillan to several of my friends and they love her as well! You are very lucky to have such an amazing, intelligent and caring Dr. working in your office!! Dr. Chow--she is very kind, caring and knows her medical 'stuff' for sure!! She is always smiling and friendly. She really puts children and parents at ease. She will continue to be my children's Pediatrician as long as she's in Silverdale! Keep up the great job Dr. McMillan and Dr. Chow!!!

| I want to thank Tammy at the Port Orchard Dermatology clinic. Not only was she kind and sympathetic, she took the time to find a cancellation in order to fit me into the doctor's busy schedule. Her customer service skills are excellent. Having been fortunate enough to grow up on Mercer Island I was spoiled for many years by the customer service skills of the employees of the Bellevue Nordstrom's Best, as it was called then. I really appreciate the people I find in Kitsap County who exhibit these same remarkable social skills. Thank you Tammy. Also, thank you for laughing at my jokes. I appreciate your kindness. | My thank you. I have been fortunate that I have had the Doctors Clinic available since 1979. I have watched it grow and benefitted because of that growth and their doctor's and staff's expertise and caring. The billing department have greatly assisted me far, far beyond what was required of them and at the same time, saved me many precious dollars in the process. I thank those dedicated folks in Endocrinology, Cardiology, Surgery, Dermatology, Medical Laboratory, Imaging and more, for there help. The Doctor's Clinic can now offer most all the doctor's requested studies right in there own complex. I have benefited from their staff's medical assistances and up-dated medical offered services to the point, of still being able at 74 years of age, to wake up on the right side of the grass and still be able to smell the roses; without that medical knowledge and assistance, this would not be the case. Bottom line, they are there and I am here! Mr. Ed

| I am delighted to have stumbled upon this site. I have had outstanding care from three of the physicians in this system. With Dr. Marie Matty as my primary physician for a number of years now, I feel like I am in great hands. And I so enjoy her! Dr. Dianne Levisohn, dermatology and dermatologic surgery, and Dr. Preston Rice, ENT, head, neck and plastic surgery, are both newer to my care team. Already I am so impressed and pleased. The staff for all three are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Thank you all!

| Dr. Marie Matty, you are our hero. We retired in Port Ludlow in 2006 and left great doctors and medical care in California; but after meeting you and being in your care since we arrived we are more than confident and in good hands. The entire staff at the Doctors Clinic demonstrate their professionalism, while being kind, sympathetic, and understanding. Thank you Dr. Marie Matty, your wonderful assistants, and that beautiful smile you always have. My husband Vernon is a patient of Dr. Hadley. He has always hated going to the doctor, he's such a baby, but now he goes without crying because he knows Dr. Hadley plays golf and they end up talking about their games. Dale appreciates the time and care given to him by Dr. Hadley and his nurse Mary. They are superb in every aspect of medical care. We thank you and appreciate you.

| I just want to sincerely thank Dr. Mary Maier and her staff for doing what no doctor has ever done when someone has made a mistake - call and apologize. The problem was called in rather late and left on voice mail, and I received a very rapid response the first thing in the morning with two calls coming in within an hour apart from each other (one from the nursing staff and one from Dr. Maier herself). She was very aware of the problem, listened to my concerns, and made sure that if the problem were to arise that I would seek her out personally. I was a nervous wreck coming into her office just yesterday and felt even more worried when I was allowed to leave without having my question fully answered in regards to my care. However, the prompt response and sincere care I received from Dr. Maier and her nursing staff following the incident has me more relaxed and confident about entrusting my asthma and allergy care in their very capable hands. Thank you again, Dr. Maier!

| There is nothing but heartfelt gratitude for Doctors Marie Matty and Andrea Chymiy and the nurses and assistants in their office. I am the parent of a young man who is severely impaired with Cerebral Palsy. He is 37 years old. Being his physician is not an easy job, but these women are fabulous. They not only take great care of him and his needs, they take care of me when I feel totally overwhelmed. THANK YOU, and please know that nothing you do for us is ever unappreciated. | I would like to commend Dr. Moeller and all of the staff I encountered during a recent outpatient surgery. What would probably be a rather unpleasant experience, considering the nature of the surgery, was in fact the opposite. I was very nervous about the procedure and Dr. Moeller and the staff at the Salmon Medical Center went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. I am happy to say that the surgery was successful and I have already had my post op appointment and all is well. This surgery has greatly improved my quality of life. In a world where there is so much negativity, I just wanted to share some very positive feedback about my experience with the Doctor’s Clinic.

My husband and I lived in Poulsbo from 2002 till 2009, during that time we got our healthcare needs met by the various staff at The Doctors Clinic Poulsbo and when necessary the PromptCare Clinic in East Bremerton. We have moved back to Renton now and the scope of the care in Kitsap County is what we will miss the most. Through the normal and PromptCare clinics, Kitsap County residents that use your system get pretty much 7 day a week care if needed. How I wish that care model was existent here on our side of Puget Sound. If you ever have the opportunity to expand your health care philosophy beyond Kitsap County, be assured it would be most welcome.

| My family and I would like to "formally" thank Dr. Daniel Diamond for being our doctor for the past 14 years. He is leaving his practice at the Silverdale Ridgetop West location to help those in need at the PromptCare in East Bremerton. Dr. Diamond came into my life during a time when I really needed someone, not only medically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. He went well beyond the role of "traditional doctor" into becoming a great friend and mentor. I will always cherish what he has done over the years for me, my wife Sarah, and my little boy Haiden. After many years of excellent service from The Doctors Clinic, your staff and Drs. Bates & Dr. Mourning, I ended up moving to the Sequim- Port Angeles area. I really miss the quality and professionalism you provided me while I lived down there. The medical market up here is huge and the wait times to see a doctor can be up to 5-7 weeks. Kitsap Bank does well up here, so maybe it's time for the Doctors Clinic to branch up here and break up the monopoly known as Olympic Medical Center. Everyone I talk to is begging for better medical up here.
I had to try! Keep up the good work...

I would like to compliment Jennifer, Dr. Preston Rice's nurse for being such a caring and dedicated individual. I was touched by her taking time to help me through a difficult time in trying to get a referral scheduled with another physician.
I also want to compliment the ENT department. Everyone there projects an image that they enjoy their job. They are friendly, cheerful, and caring to everyone. When you don't feel well it is so nice to have this atmosphere.
The x-ray technician who took my chest x-ray was also kind, caring, and friendly while still remaining professional.
This was my first time with The Doctor's Clinic and I was so impressed and certainly will schedule with the clinic again should I need a physician.
Thank you for providing a good experience in a difficult time.

My husband and I would like to thank the doctor and staff at the PromptCare in Poulsbo for their courtesy, knowledge, demeanor and efficiency. We both had the need to visit the urgent care within the past 3 weeks and found everyone from the receptionist, nurse, and physician to be top notch. This team personifies what prompt care should be and, while I do not wish to need to return, I will happily make the Poulsbo PromptCare my choice for urgent care in the future.

| Dr. Rice and his staff are top notch! After finding a large mass on my thyroid, I needed surgery to remove it. Dr. Rice was extremely professional! He explained the entire procedure and made me feel at ease. The surgery was smooth and I had no complications. His staff is very courteous and they go out of their way to assist you with any of your needs. Thank you Dr. Rice for everything that you've done for me! You're one of the best!

Dr. Koval is wonderful. She is our family doctor and is great with patients from infant to adult. She is very thorough, she makes you feel important and your appointment is never rushed. The medical assistants and receptionists are excellent as well!
