Make sure the player of choice is installed on your computer. Most Windows machines come with MediaPlayer already installed. Once it is installed, click on the file below that best matches your connection speed. It should load to your computer and then open automatically. If you get strange characters on your screen, you either don't have your browser helpers set to open the file automatically or your player is not properly installed. Our Broadband videos take slightly longer to download but have the best image quality. You can view these with any connection speed, but the faster your connection the less time it will take to retrieve the entire video. Our RealVideo, QuickTime and MediaPlayer 56.6 files are optimized for a 56k modem, but can be downloaded with any speed modem and played on any system using the respective media player. If, when you try to view a video (and you have selected the correct settings and downloaded your plug-in) you still get a message that you need a plug-in, you may need to reconfigure your browser's "preferences" or "options." Your browser's "help" area may give instructions. To Download a Player Click on a player below and follow the instructions for downloading the player. In most cases you will need to quit your browser, install the player and then restart the browser. |
