The Doctors Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. Generally, the benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 continuous days of employment.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the benefit programs. Regular employees working 20 – 29 hours per week are eligible to participate in some of the benefit programs. Benefits are pro-rated for part-time status. Regular employees working fewer than 20 hours per week, per diem and temporary employees are not eligible to participate in The Doctors Clinic benefit programs.
