The Doctors Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. Generally, the benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 continuous days of employment. Our benefit package currently includes:

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the benefit programs. Regular employees working 20 – 29 hours per week are eligible to participate in some of the benefit programs. Benefits are pro-rated for part-time status. Regular employees working fewer than 20 hours per week, per diem and temporary employees are not eligible to participate in The Doctors Clinic benefit programs.
