The Doctors Clinic is now a part of Franciscan Medical Group. Accepted forms of payment are cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments may be made in person, by telephone or online on our patient portal

 My TDC Chart/Patient Portal

  • The Patient Portal is now the only online option we have for payments. 
  • A Pin number is needed to access this area.  You may obtain a PIN# at the front desk at any of our locations. 
  • Payments made via the TDC Chart/Patient Portal will be automatically applied to your account for The Doctors Clinic providers.
  • Once you have a PIN# for My TDC Chart/Patient Portal, you can make your payment online, see your latest statement, access your medical records, request an appointment, request a refill, and email you doctor with a question or update.

 

We understand that there may be times when financially it is difficult to pay your balance in full. Extended payment options may be available to you. CHI Franciscan Health has options available to patients who are unable to pay for the full cost of care.

 
Our patient account representatives will gladly assist you with billing and financial questions. Patient account representatives are available at most clinic locations and our Business Office.
