We’ve partnered with Phreesia to implement a new online check-in system starting this week!
You’ll complete the majority of your check-in from home, before your appointment. Please note, you will be asked to update your demographics even if you have already completed it within the year. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
With this new process, here’s what to expect:
Up to three (3) days prior to your appointment, you’ll receive a text and/or email prompting you to check-in. The text contains a link allowing you to automatically start your check-in process. Emails will contain your appointment information and a button that reads “Click here to start”.
Once you’ve opened the link, you’ll verify your identity by answering a few security questions. This ensures all information entered is private and secure.
After you begin your check-in, you’ll be presented with a series of questions related to your health. This is an entirely secure, digitally encrypted process. You can also sign forms, if needed, and make a payment if a balance or copay is due.
Should you have any questions or concerns about this process, please give us a call. Please remember to arrive at least 15 minutes early on the day of your scheduled appointment.
