New Patient Portal

New Patient Portal, Powered by MyChart, is Coming May 2

The Doctors Clinic (TDC), in collaboration with CommonSpirit Health, is replacing your current electronic health record, My Health Record, with a new patient portal powered by MyChart. CommonSpirit is a national health system caring for patients and supporting healthier communities across the country. Together we are launching the CommonSpirit Patient Portal and Mobile App so you can more easily access your health information and stay connected to your care team. This is an important next step toward our goal of providing all patients in the Northwest Region with a unified, online patient electronic health record in the future.

While the patient portal you use to access your health information online is changing, your care is not. You will continue to receive care from the same trusted providers.

Key Dates

  • On April 29, My Health Portal will become read-only. This means patient/provider messaging will not be available through My Health Portal; however, you will still be able to view your historical health information. If you need to contact your provider during this time, please call your clinic or facility.
  • On May 2, you will begin using the CommonSpirit Patient Portal and Mobile App, powered by MyChart, to access and manage your health information going forward.

You do not need to do anything right now. On May 2, you can find clear instructions on how to download the app and create an account on our website: https://www.thedoctorsclinic.com/patient-portal/

If you already use MyChart, you’ll be able to easily connect your MyChart accounts when the new app is available.
